As for the owner of the bail bond company, its owner William W. Seelbach, of North Fort Meyers, Florida, is the recipient of criminal charges. The charges include one count of “Conspiracy to Defraud the United States – Impede the Internal Revenue Service,” and one count of “Failure to File Individual Income Tax Return for Tax Year 2012.” Furthermore, the IRS states that Seelbach fails to file a federal income tax return for 2012, in which he does not report over $140,000 in income to the IRS.
