New Revelations Regarding the Russia Investigation
Almost since the inception of Donald Trump’s election victory, some people have asserted that collusion with Russia engendered his win. Therefore, the U.S. government launched an official probe into whether or not the Trump campaign worked with Moscow, Russia to defeat Hillary Clinton.
After over one year of investigations and widespread public speculation, the House Intelligence Committee released a statement, thus affirming the following:
The statement goes on to state that the Trump campaign and Clinton campaign showed “poor judgment and ill-considered actions” when dealing with Russian officials.
Despite the aforementioned ruling of the House Intelligence Committee, Democrats are still not on board. According to them, the preceding ruling is tainted by supposed bias in favor of President Trump. Many conservatives and Trump supporters have criticized liberal-leaning individuals who continue to allege that the President’s campaign colluded with the Russian government.
