Romania Indicts Andrew Tate for Human Trafficking, Rape, Forming Organized Crime Group

After the women arrived in Romania, however, law enforcement says they found themselves forced to create pornographic content. Said content would later be distributed online for Tate’s financial gain.

Furthermore, Romania’s DIICOT alleges at least one of the women held captive by the Tates also endured rape on multiple occasions.

According to the prosecutors, Tate kept these women under control via ongoing surveillance, intentional intimidation, and accusing them of debts owed.

In light of the indictment against Tate and his associates, DIICOT currently seeks clearance to confiscate assets from him. These assets include Bitcoin, watches, real estate, etc.

Given the aforementioned indictment, a trial will take place. So far, the trial date has yet to be announced.

Following news of his indictment, Tate took to social media with denials. He alleged this really boils down to a plot to steal his wealth and a greater war on men. Legal counsel for Tate likewise denies the allegations made by Romanian prosecutors.
