Devon Archer, another Hunter Biden friend and partner at Rosemont Seneca was also cooperating. He claimed that Joe Biden was the product or the brand that Seneca was selling to foreign nationals. “Obviously, that brought the most value to the brand,” Archer said. “It was Hunter Biden and him.”
