Some of the acts the OUR founder stands accused of are as follows:
- Groping the women, kissing intimate parts of their bodies, all under the guise of necessary “training” for undercover ops
- Pressuring women to shower with him and sleep in the same bed as him
- Using OUR donor money on lap dances, strip club visits (with his adult son in tow), and alcohol
- Failing to intervene during a dangerous op where one woman was groped by a female trafficker and feared she’d be raped
- Propositioning marriage to women in the event that his wife should pass away
💠Allegations that Ballard's friendship with @SeanReyesUT gave him cover to operate in this way, even while consumer complaints about Ballard/OUR poured into to the AG's office.
💠Allegations that the LDS Church excommunicated Ballard as a result of how he used the ruse

Denial from Ballard
As of Tuesday evening, The Spear Fund issued a public statement, asserting Ballard’s innocence and denying all of the aforementioned allegations.
💠One of the women in the suit reports that she is a rape survivor.
In addition to alleged sexual misconduct by Tim, she details two instances in Ops being groped by female traffickers and alleges Tim did not respond to a code word for help.
She reports being retraumatized.
