“For the past two and a half years, I’ve done everything in my power to fight for my parents’ freedom and bring them home,” she said.
“Today is a victory for our family, but the fight against wrongful convictions and injustice within our prison system is far from over.”
She continued, “Family is everything to me, and I will never stop fighting for what is right.”
In a separate clip, Savannah, wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat, quipped about feeling nauseous on the car ride, joking, “I’ve got Todd over here being dramatic.” Todd replied, “I can smell it … I didn’t have to deal with this in prison.”
From Scandal to a New Chapter on TV
The Chrisley’s were convicted in 2022 and began serving a combined 19-year sentence in January 2023. Their prison terms were later reduced before their full pardon was granted.
Now, the family is preparing to return to reality television. They confirmed a new Lifetime docuseries is in production, promising to showcase the “raw truth” of their lives post-prison.
