Trump and Co-Defendants Seek to Appeal Judge’s Decision in Georgia Election Cases

In a Wednesday certificate of immediate review, Georgia Judge Scott McAfee ruled to grant Trump and his co-defendants’ the right to appeal his latest ruling in the Georgia election cases. 

They are asking for a review of his decision to keep Willis on the racketeering case.

The judge claims that he welcomes the review which is of “such importance to the case that immediate review should be had.”

Judge McAfee is allowing Donald Trump and his election interference co-defendants to appeal his order denying the disqualification of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

This appeal follows McAfee’s ruling last week against dismissing the case and disqualifying Willis.
