Trump says his decision to reopen the government is not a concession
In response to the criticisms, Trump said his decision “was in no way a concession” but “taking care of millions of people” suffering due to the shutdown.

Earlier Friday, the President warned that the shutdown will happen again if he doesn’t get a fair deal for the border wall.
