She wants full custody of the kids. And is asking for alimony along with their $4.5 million estate in Norwalk, Connecticut.
She is also seeking a restraining order to bar her husband from entering the Norwalk property.
Veteran CNN producer John J. Griffin, 44, was arrested by the FBI on December 10th. And the indictment was unsealed Monday. He is being accused of luring underage girls for sexual abuse.
From 2013 to 2018 the Connecticut man was a veteran CNN producer for “New Day” hosted by disgraced ex-CNN host Chris Cuomo. Later Griffin worked as a producer for CNN senior political analyst John Avlon.
Officials at CNN fired Griffin saying “The charges against Mr. Griffin are deeply disturbing. We learned of his arrest Friday afternoon and terminated his employment Monday.”
