In a press conference that felt like the calm after a storm, plaintiffs’ principal attorneys Bryan Aylstock and Christopher Seeger painted the settlement as a “resounding triumph.” Seeger’s statement resonated deeply, “Representing military veterans is an immense honor. They wage wars, expecting their gear to stand by them. Sadly, these earplugs faltered.”
