An Overview of Bannon’s Statements

Bannon shared the following remarks during his segment on ‘Real Time with Bill Maher:’

“You’re gonna have Trump on the right, a politician. [Then] maybe a Kamala Harris or somebody on the left. I think you’ll have a Bloomberg or a Romney or somebody in the center.”

Bannon also compared the characteristics of democratic-socialist Bernie Sanders and left-leaning attorney Michael Avenatti:

“If Bernie Sanders had an ounce of Avenatti’s fearlessness, he would have been the Democratic nominee. We would have had a much tougher time beating him.”

Bannon then stated that Avenatti is “fearless” and a “fighter.” The former White House chief strategist furthermore predicted that Avenatti will “go through a lot of this field” if he proceeds with political endeavors.

Michael Avenatti has publicly mulled over the notion of running for president. The attorney subsequently rose to fame following his representation of adult film actress Stormy Daniels.
