Luft is accused of a conspiracy with others to broker illegal arms transactions, involving various Chinese individuals and entities. Acting as a middleman, he allegedly sought buyers and sellers for dangerous weapons and materials, contravening the US Arms Control Act.
The prosecution specifically mentions Luft’s attempts to arrange the sale of anti-tank weapons, grenade launchers, and mortar rounds to Libya through Chinese companies.
He also allegedly facilitated deals for the United Arab Emirates to purchase bombs and rockets, and for Kenya to acquire unmanned aerial vehicles capable of carrying out ground strikes.
Compared to Hunter
The irony is that Luft is being accused of the same actions he has accused the Biden family of taking part in.
The now infamous Hunter Biden laptop documents the Burisma deal which profited Hunter millions from Ukraine.
Hunter Biden and his uncle James Biden also collected $4.8 million over the course of 14 months beginning in 2017 from CEFC China Energy. Their cash was being paid to entities the Bidens controlled. And CEFC has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Liberation Army.
