None of the Bidens has ever been registered as a foreign agent.
Luft maintains his innocence and claims that the charges are baseless. He accuses the Biden Administration of targeting him due to his status as a whistleblower. And claims to have evidence allegedly linking President Joe Biden and his family to corruption.

In a recent video, Luft asserts that his arrest in Cyprus was an attempt to prevent him from testifying before the GOP-controlled House Oversight Committee about alleged payments received by the Biden family from Chinese intelligence-linked individuals.
Despite his arrest in Cyprus in February on US charges, Luft managed to flee after being released on bail while awaiting extradition. And he currently remains outside of US custody.
The US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Damian Williams, stated that Luft engaged in multiple criminal schemes, including subverting foreign agent registration laws, brokering arms deals, and lying to law enforcement.
