In a recent 345-page report scrutinizing President Joe Biden’s handling of classified information, Special Counsel Robert Hur described Biden’s memory issues in detail.
This report, released after a year-long investigation, raises questions about Biden’s mental acuity and recall abilities, which have been described as sparse and hazy.

Biden’s Memory Issues Detailed
Hur’s investigation did not recommend criminal charges against Biden, despite uncovering evidence of his retention and disclosure of classified information post-vice presidency.
He cited concerns about the perception problem a prosecution might face due to Biden’s memory issues.
“At trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur’s report claimed.
