Biden’s Memory Issues Detailed

Hur’s investigation did not recommend criminal charges against Biden, despite uncovering evidence of his retention and disclosure of classified information post-vice presidency.

He cited concerns about the perception problem a prosecution might face due to Biden’s memory issues.

“At trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur’s report claimed.
