Subsequent to this revelation, a comprehensive search was conducted across various residences associated with the suspect. One such location was approximately 13 miles south of Charlotte Sena’s residence in the hamlet of Porters Corners. Police made a breakthrough at approximately 6:32 p.m. on Monday, successfully locating Charlotte, according to an official statement from the New York State Police.
Suspect is reclusive
Ross did not surrender easily, and the police reported some resistance during his arrest, resulting in minor injuries. Charlotte has now been safely reunited with her family.
Reports suggest that Ross, who reportedly suffers from multiple sclerosis, faced significant mobility challenges in the weeks leading up to the alleged abduction. He had recently relocated to a trailer situated on his mother’s property in Saratoga County, New York.
The father of three had been residing in a three-bedroom home in Porters Corner, where he reportedly cared for his 11-year-old daughter a few days a week. Neighbors recount that his health deteriorated, forcing him to move into a mobile home on his mother’s property, while his two adult sons continued living in their previous residence.
