The President went on to say, “Everybody who wants to sue the United States” is filing a case in the 9th Circuit because “it means an automatic loss” for his administration.
“No matter what you do, no matter how good your case is. The 9th Circuit is really something we really have to look at because it’s not fair…It’s a disgrace in my opinion. It’s a disgrace what happens in the 9th Circuit,” said Trump.
Trump also dismissed U.S. District Court Judge Jon Tigar’s decision against his administration’s asylum policy. He called Tigar an “Obama judge.”
In his ruling, Tigar stated that the President “may not rewrite the immigration laws to impose a condition that Congress has expressly forbidden.”
Trump said, “I’ll tell you what, it’s not going to happen like this anymore,” referring to the judge’s ruling.
