Reynolds also made it clear that she believes DeSantis measures up in areas where former President Trump falls short. In her remarks, the Iowa governor hailed DeSantis for putting the country (rather than himself) first and refusing to let distractions sidetrack him.
During a sitdown interview alongside the Florida governor, Reynolds also confirmed that her endorsement extends beyond words. This means she will actively campaign across Iowa for DeSantis, in the hopes of helping him win the state’s upcoming caucus.
