The buyer will still require their own home inspection before the final sale, but at least this way the seller has a chance to fix any potential problems before this process begins.
In summary, section three of my book is a useful guide for sellers when preparing their home to get the most out of the sale. The process can be a little overwhelming, but if you use this book to create a step by step checklist it will be a lot less intimidating.
