To bolster chances of throwing out Georgia’s election results, Giuliani alluded to unreleased information on Dominion’s machines, saying “So maybe a little more additional information about the fraud or the cheating would be enough to push this over the top.”

Georgia Sen. Elena Parent, who is also on Ligon’s subcommittee, made it clear that the report is the work of Ligon alone and no other committee members were consulted:

“As a member of the committee, the report was never shared with me. There was no vote or consideration by the committee of the report. It doesn’t represent anything more than the Chairman’s take as a single legislator,” Parent told the Epoch Times.

Gov. Brian Kemp was blasted by Giuliani for his inaction. According to Giuliani, Kemp’s close ties with a lobbyist led to Dominion Voting Systems winning a contract with the state of Georgia, which is nothing short of political radioactive material for an already unpopular governor.
