The ruling could be a crucial standpoint for Johnson & Johnson, as it may provide the company a way out of the thousands of baby powder lawsuits. The hearing will take place until the end of July, and U.S. District Judge Freda Wolfson will have a decision regarding how present and future lawsuits will proceed.
