Will it pass?

Despite the points brought up by House Democrats, whether or not the legislation actually passes through Congress is an entirely different matter. At this time, Democrats have narrow majorities in both the House and the Senate.

Meanwhile, the House will soon be under GOP control. There is a real possibility that Democrats’ bill to bar Trump’s candidacy in the 2024 presidential election will not pan out.

Although, the electorate may still have the chance to reject Trump, whether it’s during the Republican primary season or in the general election.
