Missouri Cop Fires Gun and Threatens Lives at Children’s Halloween Party

In the days before his arrest McCulloch was said to have been behaving erratically. And is accused of threatening people in the community.

 He is currently in custody, with a bond review hearing scheduled for the near future. McCulloch’s attorney, Brian Millikan, acknowledged the need for an “urgent mental health evaluation” and treatment for his client. 

In the wake of these allegations, the accused officer is claiming he is not guilty.

The St. Louis County Police Department, responsible for overseeing McCulloch’s actions, has not yet commented on the incident. However, it has been disclosed that McCulloch has been suspended without pay, and an internal investigation is currently pending.
