The disputes appeared to be resolved in favor of Bungie with the exception of these amounts being erroneously awarded to AimJunkies shareholders. There was ultimately no procedural unfairness found in the arbitration process, as the panel found the arguments of AimJunkies and Bungie unpersuasive.
Requests for comment from representatives for AimJunkies and Bungie did not immediately yield replies. Bungie enlisted Perkins Coie LLP’s William C. Rava, Christian W. Marcelo, and Jacob P. Dini as its attorneys, while AimJunkies’ attorneys were Philip P. Mann of the Mann Law Group PLLC.
