Oregon fugitive captured dies of suicide

Foster went on the run and the manhunt began.

A friend of the victim who is remaining anonymous told NewsNation that Siemens knew Foster, but it “wouldn’t be accurate” to say they were dating.

“Justine was a competitive bodybuilder some time ago. She’s a smart and charismatic woman. She’s the last person you could think that something like this would happen to. It’s hard to say because we don’t know what position she was in, to begin with, or what he (Foster) could have done to possibly subdue her,” Siemens’ friend added.

Foster has been convicted on domestic violence charges for two previous assaults in 2018 and 2019 in Las Vegas, court records show.

In 2019, he was found guilty of holding his then-girlfriend captive inside her Las Vegas apartment for two weeks. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, she was horrifically tortured.

Although he was charged with four counts of battery and two counts of assault, he was released in November 2021 due to a plea deal.
