Speaking to reporters outside the Oval Office, Trump said the widely circulated AI-generated image was intended to show him as a doctor, not as Jesus Christ.

“I did post it, and I thought it was me as a doctor… like a Red Cross worker,” he said, adding that the image symbolized healing and support for humanitarian efforts. “Only the fake news could come up with that one.”

Trump emphasized that the portrayal reflected his belief that he “makes people better,” pushing back against the interpretation that sparked outrage.
