“Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters,” Brann said Saturday. “This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated.”
Georgia earlier certified its poll results in favor of Biden on Friday. However, now that the state is one step closer to wrapping up issues hounding the polls, Georgia’s Republican Governor Brian Kemp said the Trump campaign can push for other legal options to call for a recount.
President Trump is also not backing down from Georgia’s move to certify the election results.
In a tweet, he said “Big voter fraud information coming out concerning Georgia. Stay tuned”
