“Our guests’ privacy is paramount at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa. Therefore, we are unable to provide a comment,” it said in statement.

Meanwhile, Lt. Michael Cole, the spokesman for the Paradise Valley Police Department, said they did not receive any report about the incident. Lt. Cole said they will investigate as a misdemeanor assault if Weinstein files a complaint.
