Brodd, a retired Santa Rosa officer who is now a use-of-force expert, gave testimony that Chauvin’s actions were within police protocols.
Chauvin was convicted of murder and manslaughter.
The police are still looking for additional suspects in the pig head vandalism. And are asking the community to help identify the vandals.
