The brief also questions who is paying Hunter Biden’s bills and how he paid for Kevin Morris, a Hollywood attorney who paid his $2 million in delinquent taxes.
The motion requests that an Arkansas judge order Hunter Biden to provide all records of payments to his attorneys. And argues those payments count as income for child support purposes.
Lancaster claims that the payments to Hunter Biden’s attorneys show that he has income for child support purposes, despite claiming to be “somewhat financially destitute.”
The brief also takes aim at Hunter Biden’s team’s opposition to their child carrying the “Biden” surname, arguing that it would rob the child of a “peaceful existence.”
The brief states that “it is still an element of prestige, power, and influence associated with the name ‘Biden’ and the evidence of payment is relevant to the plaintiff’s request for her daughter to carry the Biden name.”
