Robert Bigelow doesn't usually hand people scripts. But according to his own account, that's exactly what he did in the Oval Office earlier this year — and the man he handed it to was the President of the United States.

In a wide-ranging interview with veteran investigative journalist George Knapp of KLAS-TV (8 News Now), the aerospace billionaire and longtime UFO researcher described a meeting with President Donald Trump that, by his telling, went on for over an hour — far longer than planned. Bigelow says he didn't just brief the President on decades of UAP research. He gave him something far more specific: the exact sentence to say to the American public.

According to Bigelow, the line was built to be delivered almost in passing — tossed off to reporters as the President crossed the tarmac toward Air Force One, not staged as a formal address. Short. Declarative. Unmistakable. The statement Bigelow says he urged Trump to use:

"A non-human, intelligent presence has been on Earth for a very long time, using spacecraft and with performances completely beyond our capabilities and our human physics."

Bigelow was equally specific about what should come after it: nothing. No elaboration, no follow-up, no press conference. Just the sentence, delivered once, and left to stand on its own. In his words, that restraint is what would make it count — not a tease, not a hint, but confirmation.

That distinction matters, and it's likely not accidental. Bigelow has spent decades building relationships with military and intelligence insiders, funding research into UAPs, and — through his now-shuttered National Institute for Discovery Science — pushing the boundaries of what serious institutions were willing to study. He was also the figure who, according to prior reporting, encouraged then-Senator Harry Reid to help launch the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, the government's own formal foray into studying the phenomenon. If there's a private citizen in America positioned to have prepared a document like this, it's hard to name a more credible one than Bigelow.

Which is what makes the silence since that meeting so notable. Bigelow's account puts the Oval Office conversation months in the past. Trump has made no such statement — not on Air Force One, not anywhere else. He hasn't confirmed the line, denied it, or addressed it directly. For a President who rarely shies away from a dramatic pronouncement, the absence is conspicuous.

Bigelow, for his part, has stayed disciplined about what he'll reveal. He has declined to characterize how Trump reacted in the room — no description of his expression, his tone, or so much as a hint of what he said in response. What Bigelow has confirmed is the substance of what he left behind: a prepared report laying out well-documented cases and embedded within it, that single proposed sentence — engineered, it seems, so that neither man could be accused of misleading the other, or the public.

Whether that sentence ever makes it past the Resolute Desk remains an open question. But the fact that Bigelow chose his words with this much precision — and that Trump apparently sat with him for far longer than scheduled to hear them — suggests this is not a story that ends with one interview on a Las Vegas news set.
