Bipartisan Concerns

Senator Richard Blumenthal, a Democrat from Connecticut, voiced his concerns about the plea deals, stating, “I am very concerned about this plea deal. I think we ought to scrutinize it very carefully.” 

Blumenthal, who has been an advocate for the 9/11 families and their legal action against Saudi Arabia, expressed frustration over the lack of transparency and the potential complicity of other countries in the attacks.
