Surveillance cameras captured the moment the FBI arrived. Black SUVs. Surveillance trucks. An armored vehicle rolling into the parking lot outside The Cannabis Outlet. Agents in camouflage stepping out. A voice on a megaphone ordering those inside to exit with their hands up.
