The court order prohibited Ignite from using the social media account to feature Bilzerian’s name, image, or likeness. Bilzerian justified his defiance by claiming he feared Ignite would misuse his likeness. However, the judge ruled this was not a valid excuse. Another of Bilzerian’s arguments—that he had been unfairly removed from ownership—also failed to sway the court.

Although it remains unclear whether he has since complied, all previous posts on Ignite’s Instagram page have been deleted.

Even though he was noticeably quiet on Instagram for months, he never slowed down in his anti-Jewish rants on X. Some of that antisemitic rhetoric caused the legal issues with his former company.

Family Ties and Fraud Allegations

As Bilzerian’s legal battles persist, his former company remains at the center of a U.S. fraud indictment.

 Prosecutors allege that Ignite was secretly controlled by his father, Paul Bilzerian, a convicted securities fraudster who owes the U.S. government more than $180 million in an unpaid judgment dating back decades.
