“But that may not be in your American Rescue Plan,” O’Donnell said.
“No, I put it in, but I don’t think it’s going to survive,” he said.
He also said that he does not believe that former President Donald Trump should continue to get intelligence briefings as is customary.
“I just think that there is no need for him to have the — the intelligence briefings. What value is giving him an intelligence briefing? What impact does he have at all, other than the fact he might slip and say something?” the president said.
