Earlier this year, fans of hit series Reacher learned the show’s third season is officially in production.
Starring actor Alan Ritchson and based on the books by author Lee Childs, Reacher focuses on military veteran and lone wolf Jack Reacher who travels across the United States fighting crime and corruption.
A recap of Reacher
During the first season, Reacher ended up in Margrave, Georgia, originally to ascertain the whereabouts of his brother, Joe. Later, the titular character went on to work with supporting characters Finlay and Roscoe to uncover systemic corruption in Margrave’s government.
Season two of Reacher featured a two-year time jump. This time, Reacher reunited with former flame Karla Dixon and their military pals, traveling across multiple states to take down villain Langston and his crew.
Once the third season arrives, viewers can look forward to their favorite protagonist heading to Maine and working with the DEA to combat drug crime.
However, the Reacher universe is expanding far beyond the show’s upcoming episodes. A new spinoff series will feature none other than Frances Neagley, Reacher’s best friend who also served with him in the military.

Reacher fans grew to love Neagley in seasons one and two. She proved essential in helping him access critical information and take down the bad guys when it counted most.
