The woman, AA, maintains that after working with Ballard on various OUR ops, she followed him to The Spear Fund. This is an organization founded by Ballard post his exit from OUR. According to AA, Ballard engaged in the following troublesome behaviors:

• Failing to meet the payment terms he agreed to when she joined The Spear Fund
• Telling her he wanted to shoot himself in the head
• Telling his "henchman" Radd Barrett to make threats against FT, which Barrett allegedly followed through on via a voice message
• Lifting up her clothes in a private hotel room, telling her she had a "hot body," and imitating sex acts on a bed
• Having strippers give himself and AA "couples messages" that involved AA being vaginally penetrated
• Leaving her alone during ops with multiple traffickers in the room who photographed her

AA states that Ballard violated, isolated, manipulated, and guilt-tripped her for his own gain. She also believes the OUR founder's request for her to join The Spear Fund was a covert way of shielding himself from other women accusing him of misconduct. AA additionally maintains that OUR failed to stop any of the alleged conduct from Ballard or offer her any support. FT on how Ballard impacted his marriage

FT, the husband of AA, described in the lawsuit Ballard's reported impacts on his marriage. According to him, before he or his wife came across OUR, they had a strong, loving, and stable union with one another. Moreover, the plaintiff asserts that Ballard suffers from a "messiah complex." FT also says Ballard harassed him at his place of work, in addition to engaging in the following behaviors:

• Sabotaging FT's ability to work or earn income
• Ruining his relationship with AA, AA's family, and the children he shares with AA
• Brainwashing and manipulating "well-meaning" women to commit "unspeakable" acts
• Maintaining a "cultish" atmosphere within OUR where no one could question the company
• Failing to give direct answers about the security teams, insurance, and AA's role pertaining to ops
• Exaggerating the number of kids AA would be able to help rescue on ops
• Intentionally isolating AA, making her uncomfortable on ops, sexually harassing her, limiting her ability to communicate with FT while away
• Forcing AA to book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements in her own name and on her own credit cards
• Making AA take "boudoir style" pictures
• Lying to AA about future job opportunities within OUR
• Diminishing AA's light as a human being
• Occupying copious amount of AA's time to the extent of it interfering with her home life, family time, family vacations, etc.
• "Obsessively" calling AA for personal consolations at all times of the day and night
• Sending AA text messages about "handjobs" and "blowjobs"
• Contacting FT's place of employment and falsely accusing him of being involved in an international assassination plot

According to FT, since he and his wife came across OUR and Ballard, he's suffered sleepless nights and thoughts of suicide. FT's statement in the lawsuit ends by him warning that Ballard cares for nothing but himself, his money, his image, and his own personal advancement.
