Furthermore, the plaintiffs accuse Ballard of pressuring female undercover ops workers to receive Brazilian waxes and engage in sexual acts with him at safe houses.
#BREAKING: A second lawsuit has now been filed against @TimBallard, @OURrescue, it's board and others.
This suit is from a couple. The wife alleges sexual assault/fraud, the husband claims they separated because of the wedge Ballard created, and claims he was threatened. pic.twitter.com/BbECCr2w6w

Apparently, even in these safe houses, Ballard stated the human traffickers could be secretly watching himself and the women working with him.
Meanwhile, when these women began to suspect something was amiss, Ballard cited his own expertise in overseas undercover rescue missions. OUR, rather than intervening to stop the alleged abuse, reportedly told the women they’d be endangering everyone’s lives if they dared to question Ballard.
More from the plaintiffs
AA and FT both shared graphic and disturbing accounts that describe their alleged interactions with Ballard and the adverse impacts he had on their marriage.
The woman, AA, maintains that after working with Ballard on various OUR ops, she followed him to The Spear Fund. This is an organization founded by Ballard post his exit from OUR.
