No Labels Confirms Plans to Run a Third Party Ticket

In the 2024 presidential election, Democrat Joe Biden and Republican Donald Trump have each secured the necessary delegates to become the nominees of their respective parties. In spite of this, polling ahead of this primary showed that as many as seven in ten Americans didn’t want to see another Biden vs. Trump race.

Looking to reach voters who’ve grown disaffected with our nation’s politics is the organization known as No Labels. No Labels prides itself on promoting bipartisanship, centrism, and working across the aisle to accomplish policy goals.

As more Americans express annoyance with the two-party system, No Labels senses an opportunity to offer an alternate path. Recently, the political organization disclosed its plans to run a third-party ticket during this year’s presidential election.

Here’s what Americans should expect from No Labels

Joe Lieberman, an Independent and former US lawmaker from Connecticut, currently heads the group as its founding chair. During a sitdown with CNN, he announced No Labels’ strategy for a committee that will assist with selecting a presidential candidate.
