Folks who already have bedbug problems will need to contact a pest control company and/or notify their landlord accordingly. Some people who’ve suffered bedbug infestations were forced to completely trash pieces of furniture and articles of clothing, due to the bugs’ substantial capacities to hide, spread, and multiply.
Once these critters arrive, they can easily latch onto (and stay on) clothes, bedding, mattresses, and other materials. People purchasing second-hand items are therefore advised to double-check them and make sure they don’t unknowingly bring bedbugs home.
Signs of bedbugs around you and more
Barring actual bug sightings, there are some clear indicators that one might have a bedbug problem. Dark-colored stains on sheets, clothes, and furniture are signs that you may be in proximity to these critters.
Egg-shaped, white eggs, stale odors, and small yellow eggshells are additional red flags to be aware of. Likewise, if small clusters of bites or rashes appear on your skin, this could be the result of bedbug bites.
