Sunoco’s Store Count Climbs
With the addition of the 36 locations, Dallas-based Sunoco’s U.S. convenience-store count rises to roughly 310.
The move follows a much larger deal completed in November, when Sunoco closed on its $9.1 billion acquisition of Calgary, Alberta-based Parkland Corp., a transaction that reshaped the company’s North American presence.
More Deals on the Horizon
Sunoco has signaled that the buying may not be over. In its 2026 guidance, the company outlined a “multi-year path of bolt-on acquisitions totaling at least $500 million annually.”
Sunoco did not disclose how it plans to integrate or operate the newly acquired Pops Mart stores.
For now, the message is clear: as Sunoco acquires 36 convenience stores, it continues to fuel an aggressive growth strategy — one acquisition at a time.
