Tom Hardy has been officially removed from Paramount+’s popular crime drama MobLand, according to multiple reports, following serious behind-the-scenes conflicts with cast members, producers, and crew.

The 48-year-old actor, who starred as the central fixer Harry Da Souza, reportedly created significant friction during production of the second season. Sources say Hardy frequently arrived late to set, demanded unscripted dialogue changes, and pushed for script alterations that disrupted the ensemble nature of the show.

Executive producer Jez Butterworth was reportedly so frustrated that he threatened to leave the series unless the studio took action.

MobLand, set in London’s ruthless criminal underworld, became a breakout hit for Paramount+, drawing strong viewership and critical praise with its stellar cast including Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren, and Paddy Considine.
