President Donald Trump’s attorneys, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, celebrated what they called a victory this week.

The media has declared former Vice President Joe Biden the winner but the president and his team have continued to fight in the courts.

And now they say that they got a big win on Friday when a Michigan judge apparently allowed some Dominion Voting Systems machines to be investigated, Fox News reported.

“Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” President Trump’s attorney Jenna Ellis said when she appeared on “Fox & Friends” on Sunday.

Giuliani, who announced he was positive for coronavirus on Sunday, also celebrated the win on Friday on Twitter.

“BIG WIN FOR HONEST ELECTIONS. Antrim County Judge in Michigan orders forensic examination of 22 Dominion voting machines. This is where the untrustworthy Dominion machine flipped 6000 votes from Trump to Biden. Spiking of votes by Dominion happenned all over the state,” the former mayor said.

The decision was made by Judge Kevin Elsenheimer who ruled on a challenge made by William Bailey, a voter who believes that ballots were damaged during the recount of ballots in a marijuana proposal that passed by a razor this margin.

The judge’s order does not make mention of the presidential vote but Antrim County, where the decision was made, was the subject of controversy when it incorrectly named Biden the winner of the presidential race then later awarded it to President Trump due to an error.

“I do have evidence that you don’t know about, that you haven’t seen,” Bailey said to the Antrim Review. “I can’t go beyond that. It will be introduced into my case. My attorney’s working on it now. Everybody wants the same thing I want, it doesn’t matter — Democrat, Libertarian, Republican — we’ve got to know we can trust our electoral process. It’s really that simple.

“I can tell you I have evidence that points to a pretty serious issue,” he said.

And while the presidential votes were not mentioned it could give the president’s attorneys a chance to review the Dominion voting machines to see if there are any inconsistencies or issues with them.
