Considering the clear timeline of events, it is unquestionable that Eugene Volokh of The Washington Post is responsible for breaking nearly all of the news that ArsTechnica, TechDirt, Litigation Daily, and yes, The USA Herald have published.
Instead of shifting the blame for their actions to the Herald, the Kelly Warner Law Firm should publicly debunk the very serious fraud allegations that they’re facing. These allegations, which appear to be true, could lead to Aaron Kelly and Daniel Warner getting disbarred and charged criminally.
