He said, “With only 22.4 percent of voters undecided in the GOP primary and early voting approximately 40 days away, expect the attacks to start flying as the candidates ratchet up the pressure.”

If McSally wins the Arizona GOP Senate primary, she will face Democratic nominee, U.S. Rep. Kyrsten Sinema in the general election in November. Sinema represents the state’s ninth district, which includes Tempe and other parts of Maricopa Country.

Democrats are optimistic that Sinema will win the Senate race in Arizona even if they haven’t won Senate seat in the state since 1988.

Based on data from Opensecrets.org, Sinema’s campaign raised more than $6.3 million while McSally’s campaign raised over $4.1 million as of March 31, 2018.
