In addition to allegations of sexual abuse and impropriety, Dunphy claims Giuliani subjected her to a work environment that involved him making racist, anti-Semitic, and misogynistic comments.
Since the filing of the lawsuit, Giuliani denies all of the claims from Dunphy. It is his argument that the lawsuit amounts to nothing more than an extortion endeavor and harassment.

Trump, who was just found liable for sexual battery and defamation in a court case involving E. Jean Carroll, is directly mentioned in Dunphy’s litigation. According to the lawsuit, Giuliani boasted about himself and Trump actually selling pardons for $2 million each.
Depending on where this part of the lawsuit goes, it could open up the former president to even more legal problems than the ones he’s currently facing.
