The 27-year-old is also said to have seized the woman’s arm before using the firearm to hit her. So far, the woman’s name remains redacted from public view.
Fournier will have to face the music in court next month. Monday, December 18 in North Carolina’s Johnston County courthouse is when he’ll stand before a judge. Fournier, in the meantime, put up the required $2,500 bond money to get released from custody.
