Then Kyle Becker, a Fox News producer, shared a tweet of a man testifying that a Supreme Court staffer heard justices yelling about not taking an election case for fear of riots.
“I don’t give a #@&^ about ‘Bush v. Gore’… at that time we didn’t have RIOTS!” the staffer is said to have heard one justice say.
