The Democrat Party frequently brands themselves as a movement which maintains a commitment towards promoting equality and tearing down injustices.
However, the Democrats have faced pushback from conservatives and others who don’t believe them. Interestingly enough, many right-leaning Americans claim that Democrats perpetuate injustices via their policies. Left-wing policies which generally attract the most censure include high taxes, socialized healthcare, and gun control. Many Republicans maintain that the aforementioned liberal policies inflict great harm upon the American people.
