According to the complaint, the Kelly Warner lawyers were in business with accused court fraudster Richart Ruddie, whom actively participated in the fraudulent scheme:
“Respondents engaged in the filing of fraudulent and/or friviolous lawsuits aimed at removing online criticism of the firm’s clients.”
“Rather than attempting to prove the online criticism is defamatory, Respondents fabricate, or allowed their clients to fabricate, an admission from the purported defendant that the online criticism is false.”
“The plaintiffs/clients then produce a fraudulent stipulation for the permanent injunction signed by the purported defendant.”
“The filing of fraudulent and/or frivolous lawsuits was or is a tactic intentionally used by Respondents to achieve a client’s desired outcome.”
