Together, they are pushing for legislation that would stop the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from blocking orders of monoclonal antibodies made by hospitals and health centers.

The science is very clear, here; monoclonal antibodies work. Likewise, natural immunity also works. However, the medical establishment and others who are deadset on getting more shots in arms will never openly discuss monoclonal antibodies or natural immunity.
