Depending on where Romania’s investigation is at the end of this month, Tate and others arrested with him could see even more jail time going into March.
Outbursts from Tate and more
Amid the now-failed appeal, Tate told the court in Romania that his detention is taking place in order to force him into being “mentally ill.”
When authorities walked him away from the Bucharest Court of Appeals, Tate shouted to the press that no evidence exists and folks will learn “the truth” of the case soon enough.
However, Tate previously made videos describing how he got women to perform on webcams, almost detailing the loverboy human trafficking method verbatim. On top of that, Tate also talked about moving to Romania because of the country allegedly having laxer laws on sex crimes.
Last month, WhatsApp voice recordings of Tate bragging about raping a woman who accused him of such were also released. In these recordings, Tate said he “loved” forcing himself on the woman and “loved” that she “hated it.”
